  1. Just move towards the pose, and work where your body stops you. This is my body after 15 years of yoga. Yours will look different, but if you’re working, and in alignment, it’s perfectly fine to be doing less of the movement for now. You’ll chip away at these poses, and get there soon! xoSadie

  2. I really enjoyed that, I think it’s excellent thanks for the vid!
I had my real first taste of ashtanga yoga a couple weeks back and I absolutely loved it. Once I clear my schedule I’ll be doing it 3x a wk! πŸ˜€

  3. hi sadie, im a beggine to yoga, and i attempted this video with some difficulty. im not very flexible as a result im finding someof the position extremely difficult to do. for example my arms cannot reach over my head from behind. if i am perisant would my flexibility improve or shall i look for an easier video to start with.

  4. Totally…eat right and do 60 minutes of challenging yoga 3-5 times a week, and you’ll see and feel changes almost immediately.

  5. Hey–you can go to my channel: SadieNardini (search for it on youtube–no spaces). I have 165 videos on there, one of which is Yoga for the Inflexible, etc. Enjoy–you’ll get there!

  6. You should see s lot more benefits if you do this type of yoga for 45-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Commit to it, and let me know what happens!

  7. omg that’s some serious stretching. I’ll try my best though. thanks so much <3 was there screaming in the background at the beginning of the video? lol

  8. Thank you so much. You have absolutely exquisite flexibility and I certainly hope I can tone my body like that doing Yoga workouts. I have a hard time holding balance perfectly as you do, but is there anything else I could alongside daily practices to balance myself better (Especially doing moves around 4:40 ) so that the routines are flawless and smooth?

  9. I have no idea what he’s saying :/, just going to do what those girls are doing.

    Besides thanks for the video.

  10. Where can we buy this video?

I agree with yogazenna; the offensive comments are not appreciated and the karma you will pay for them is far too expensive. Grow up.

  11. Very good yoga excercises and well demonstrated but just a couple of things…

    1) Could you speak in fucking English next time please ?

    2) Could you get her to demonstrate these with clothes off please ?

    3) as my grandmother always said “you can’t trust these people, slit your throat quick as look at you !”

  12. first know basic rules before getting started. search PRANAYAM-1 in youtube and u wil get video from one of the famous yoga guru in india. this video is really good for beginner.

  13. This is an excellent video .Can anyone say what is the title of this video and where we can get the same ?

  14. I aggree with funabisenu, very offensive comments and not yogic at all. If this is how you feel about yoga you shouldn’t even be watching yoga videos. Yoga is also about karma so think about that for a bit.

  15. Hey guys have you been doing some asanas lately? And a couple of meditations? Otherwise you may hardly understand what yoga is all about…

  16. What funny conversation here. If you ask the best sanskrit teachers what is Yoga? They will say Yoga is concentration. Simple as that.

  17. kittem,
If you can calm yourself a bit, simply look up the Sanskrit/Hindu word “yoga.” Use a dictionary and encyclopedia. Get any book on comparative religions and see what is Yoga. And, Yoga is not about race (I never said that) it is about religion and that religion is Hinduism. You can ignore the facts, but then it is you who is ignorant.

  18. tocs6792 – You are really ignorant. What is dishonest about ‘that so called “yoga”‘? Do you even know what Yoga is, how it is practiced, or anything about it at all. It isn’t Hindu, not all Hindu people practice Yoga. It is something that as far as history can tell us was started in India…but that’s about it. Largemoose made some good points too. You are truly ignorant and honestly…you’re a little bit racist too. If you want to deny being racist that’s fine, but you are and thats a fact.

  19. “Honest people who honestly want to learn real Hatha Yoga (and the other forms of Hinduism/Yoga) simply need to seek out Hindus, Hindu groups and Hindu Temples. What is sad is that so-called “yoga” is completely dishonest. ”

    Yoga is not Hindu.

Buddhists practice Yoga also, as do atheists.

If you want to say Yoga is INDIAN, then you would be correct, but to assume that people of other races don’t understand Yoga is ignorant.
